About Next Generation Fitness

After many years of working in the Health and Fitness, two Melbourne based personal trainers David and Stavros opened their own training centre.

Next Generation Fitness (NGF) was opened in Oct 2001 in Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn and provided clients with the latest training equipment and serviced by highly qualified trainers. Since opening, NGF became a high performance training centre which facilitated clients reaching their goals.

David and Stavros believed in providing high quality service and excellent knowledge.

After 9 years on Glenferrie Rd, NGF was moved to Grace Park Lawn Tennis Club in Hawthorn.
The move allowed NGF to offer additional services including the ability to use surrounding parkland areas for outdoor training.

Recently NGF has invested considerable time and resources sourcing new and innovative fitness products from around the world, and now NGF are beginning to import and distribute a range of products new to the fitness market both commercially and domestically.
